Event Grants
Co-sponsor
ZOA Campus must be included as a co-sponsor and the ZOA Campus logo featured in all promotional materials. ZOA Campus Coordinators or ZOA Campus Fellows must also be invited.
Photos
Recipients are required to submit a minimum of five (5) high-resolution event photos and video footage, including three (3) photos featuring ZOA Campus materials, which may be used for social media.
Materials
A copy of all promotional materials for the event must be provided to ZOA Campus.
Report
Grant recipients are required to submit event photos with ZOA Campus branding, a detailed event summary, and an itemized invoice.
Logistics
Grant recipients are responsible for organizing all logistics, including but not limited to travel arrangements, materials, food, and press. ZOA is available for support.
Branding
ZOA's logo must be featured on all promotional materials for the event.
