Event Grants
Report
Grant recipients are required to submit a report summarizing the program, attendance, media coverage, outcomes, and photos or videos.
Materials
A copy of all promotional materials for the event must be provided to ZOA.
Co-sponsor
ZOA must be included as a co-sponsor, and a ZOA Campus Coordinator or Fellow must be invited to the event.
Logistics
Grant recipients are responsible for organizing all logistics, including but not limited to travel arrangements, materials, food, and press. ZOA is available for support.
Photos
Recipients are required to submit a minimum of three high-resolution photos and video footage featuring ZOA materials and attendees, intended for social media use.
Branding
ZOA's logo must be featured on all promotional materials for the event.
